Responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the festival. Festival Cruïlla hosts more than 76,000 people. We create an ephemeral city that enables pilot projects focused on innovation and sustainability.As CSR Manager, I spearhead various initiatives, including:• Transitioning Cruïlla into a circular festival. We have implemented diverse strategies to minimize waste generation. We used reusable containers for food offerings and reusable cups, eliminating single-us plastic. By removing our logo from them, we ensure that all returned items can be cleaned and reused at other festivals or public events. We facilitate 13 return points, integrated with our cashless system.• Become the first large-scale festival in Spain to be entirely connected to the electric grid, eliminating the use of gasoil generators.• Generate a waste management protocol that covers all phases of the festival: set-up, activity and dismantling.

Responsible for assisting the Director, @Jordi Herreruela, in planning new strategies to improve the festival's overall success, coordinating, and resolving any issues that may arise. I worked closely with various departments to ensure that the festival is well-coordinated.

During my internship in Audiotec I developed my engineering final thesis with a 8/10 grade.The project develops in situ procedure capacity sound isolation I did. This project explains the whole sound isolation test: number of measurements, instrumentation requirements, situation of measuring points...Also, post-study process, which calculates the room reverberation, background noise and values of each point for the overall insulation value is explained.Finally the result of test is compared with the actual regional legislation. If the activity does not meet the law, acoustic soundproofing solutions are proposed.The experimental case is described studying the acoustic, analyzing test data.I also participated improving internal acoustics for restaurants by implementing panels to reduce reverb, background noise and echo by absorbing sound.
