Creation of the salary benchmark. - Payroll: Supervise the payroll, Contracts, Social Security and Withholding taxes. - Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.- Problem solving. - Facility Management and Maintenance: Ensuring all facilities are in good working condition. This includes managing ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to buildings, systems, and equipment.- Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Developing and managing the budget for facility operations and maintenance. This includes cost control and financial planning to ensure efficient use of resources.- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. This involves regular inspections and coordinating with health and safety officers.- Project Management: Overseeing construction and renovation projects.
