Performing overall supervisory role of the TIMS department; which includes purchase TIMS card from Nepal Tourism Board and manage the stocks of cards, transfer management of the cards to all other sales points, staff management of the department in coordination with Admin/Human Resource department, supervising TIMS account and preparation of reports, Planning yearly budget, monitoring and supervision of financial system, periodic report submission to Nepal Tourism Board and other government bodies, coordinate with internal and external auditor, Supervise payroll, checking and approving vouchers, checked and advised to maintain accounts as per GAAP, finalising TDS and online submission.
