As the Law 12.815/13 and Decree 8.033/13 establish guidelines for the Port Labor Management Organization - OGMO in public ports, my role as Counselor is to monitor, oversee, and supervise the activities carried out by this institution. The Council ensures compliance with regulations and guarantees transparency in the management of port labor, contributing to the development and efficiency of operations in the port industry.
