My experiences in Customer Service across both private and government sectors further underscore my commitment to excellence.👩‍👧‍👦 On a personal note, my role as a mother of 2 wonderful children, one of them (5 years old) having been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, has enriched my perspective and deepened my understanding of the challenges many face.
