In this position, I plan roadmaps for digital lottery products and manage a product portfolio of 60+ iLottery games. I significantly contributed to the company when I achieved a 100%+ year-over-year revenue growth. Also, I combined a Marketing and eCommerce Webpage as well as launched new products, including a new draw game, the iLottery Payment Platform, a new mobile app, and transitioned three retail draw games to online and a back-end conversion project. In addition, I have upgraded my portfolio of iLottery games three times, thus enhancing the customer experience, and pioneered an annual holiday promotion to let customers know and anticipate every year.

In this role, I supported business development in the sales and strategic positioning of the company content offering. I collaborated with such clients as Walmart, Fidelity, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and Tenet Healthcare and developed a social media content strategy for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. For example, I managed the overarching strategy development and senior-level contact for clients with $500k+ budgets. Also, I managed a team to execute the social strategy across platforms, as well as worked with cross-functional teams to create and drive social media projects.

I oversaw the social media strategies for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and biotech events at IIR USA, IBC USA, Partnering360, and EBD Group. As a key strategic leader, I ensured that all social support of marketing campaigns and initiatives was delivered on the company’s strategy and KPI’s. In addition, I supervised a three-member team and managed other daily operations, including oversight of promotional efforts, providing workflow analysis to staff, collaborating on social media influencer campaigns, etc.

- Develop, create content and execute social initiatives to maintain 52-week engagement strategy using online platforms including blogs, web seminars, podcasts, LinkedIn Groups, and other third party sites for up to 45 programs a year including Partnerships in Clinical Trials, BIO-Europe and BioProcess International

- Assess and adjust social media marketing efforts and campaigns with Google Analytics to maximize marketingeffectiveness- Monitor social chatter to engage in conversation and provide customer service for customers with Hootsuite

I was accountable for the development of scripts and screenplays. In this role, I created multimedia elements such as testimonials, video presentations, and podcasts in coordination with the event team and industry experts. Award: 2009 Informa Global Marketing Team of the Year

I successfully created online communities for professionals using platforms such as Blogger and LinkedIn. I also produced web seminars in coordination with event teams as well as performed other duties, including updating databases, conducting market research, supporting the marketing manager and team with project organization, etc. I also served as a founding team member of IIR’s New Media Department.Award: 2008 Q1 Marketing Excellence Awards

As the Marketing Intern, I assisted in developing marketing strategies and implementing activation plans locally and nationwide to distribute books. I managed databases and mailing lists, as well as updated and maintained the marketing department’s documentation.

Within the Nantes School System, I educated students of 2-5 grades on the basics of English grammar and conversational speaking by creating interactive lessons using audio and visual techniques.
