The Delta Inter Chamber Event - DICE - is a quarterly gathering of the international Business Chambers of Commerce operating in Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Macau Business' publishing group was one of the major shareholders in DICE Macau. Luis Pereira's roles included general management responsibilities, business development in Macau and Hong Kong, as well as co-ordinating the event production.
