I managed the full team for the Appetit Project. The Team included researchers, designers, software developers, and resident cooks.Appetit is an inspirational tool for Chefs and Foodies, which harnesses the power of Big Data, by analyzing hundreds of thousands of recipes, in order to create a powerful Ingredient Network. I have a team ofdevelopers and designers working on site at ElBulli Lab.I presented the Soccer Science Lab, which focuses on the application of Big Data to Soccer Analysis, at the World Open Innovation Conference in Barcelona. Working with Laboral de Gijon on the NextThings global challenge, and with Fundacion Telefonica on the VIDA Art and Artificial Life International Awards. I presented this work at La Biennale di Venezia, and at the Smart City Expo World Congress, in Barcelona.Leading the Early Innovation program: 10Fridays, i.e., 20% time off, where Telefonica employees can proposer and mature their own ideas, using Lean Startup methodologies, over a period of 10 fridays.
