What does a synergy coach do? It's quite simple, if you are locked in a conflict, are suffering from stress and pressure or don't like yourself, you aren't going to be producing your best work and loving what you do. A synergy coach (and I know because I made up the term myself!) helps the parts (members of a team or parts of your self) work together in a way that something emerges way great than the sum of the parts.I do this be helping humans develop a growth mindset, perfect their communication skills and dig deep to discover their inner potential so they can operate in their zone of genius. And I have a diverse tool box that I use. Creative stuff like artwork (I did go to art school), cerebral stuff like rules of analysis (I taught Talmud for 25 years, you don't get brainier than that), meditation and breathwork (I've been breathing since I was baby). I love to make it alive and exciting and often I will get some real life drama going by calling on the participants in the workshops to come up and act out a role to make sure ideas are integrated.I am also a change addict. I love to change (yes, for the better!) and I love helping others transform as well. I actually ask myself every day "When was the last time you did something for the first time?" and if the answer isn't "Today" I consider it a problem!I have pretty much spent my life changing (from art to teaching, from teaching to coaching, from karate to tai chi, from a full head of hair to almost completely bald etc...)I would like to work with you to change your life and get rid of the glass ceilings, the fears and the addiction to living in the comfort zone.I founded 2 educational institutions and transformational training programs, priming businesses, leaders and (extra)ordinary individuals for success.
