HIPAAtizer is a HIPAA-Compliant SaaS solution that helps healthcare providers create and manage HIPAA-Compliant forms and documents. I led the MVP and product launch in 2022. Since the launch, I’ve led the development of new features, including unique integrations and custom patient workflows, making HIPAAtizer a recognized leader in HIPAA-Compliant forms in key niches. In addition to a number of existing integrations with leading EMR and CRM systems, we are working on the FHIR client and FHIR server to enable seamless integration with leading EMRs.

I served as IT Director for a boutique equipment manufacturing company. I managed all hiring, training and performance management of five IT professionals as well as administered IT operating and capital budgets. I also negotiated and contracted with vendors maintaining mutually beneficial relationships while reducing costs and improving margins.Over the course of my tenure I directed the planning and establishment of a formal Project Management Office (PMO) to manage project portfolios enterprise-wide while providing full project governance. A few of the key projects I led:• Configured and deployed Accounting, HR, CRM, MRP and warehouse management systems resulting in countless saved administrative labor hours.• Implemented SolidWorks CAD software integrating it with CNC machines.• Designed and developed an in-house ERP system using Access, PHP and MySQL.• Generated major cost savings leading organizational migration to Citrix XenDesktop virtual desktop infrastructure. Improved projection quality, productivity and yield by transforming manufacturing operations toward Lean model.

I worked for over two years collaborating within SAP’s international FI accounting module localization team. During this time, I played a crucial role in designing, developing and delivering a new customer-facing SAP R/3 solution using SDLC methodologies. This greatly enhanced the efficiency of operations and enabled more interactive customer service.I also led all new-hire training in ABAP programming techniques successfully onboarding new IT programmers. Later, I was tasked with deploying FI Russian add-on module updates and provided key customer support. Additionally, I coordinated a major international business intelligence (BI) project

Over the course of the three years I worked for British Petroleum Russia I built and maintained various retail and accounting systems integral to the operation of this global oil and gas company. I not only developed, implemented and maintained information systems, but I also built close relationships with technology vendor partners that greatly helped my future employers. Furthermore, I designed an internal intranet portal for this organization that allowed information exchange between their retail sites and their corporate office. This greatly improved communication and operational efficiency. I also provided technical support for their retail POS earning 4 Spot Bonus Awards for top performance.
