As a Product Engineer and Lead of the Frontend Development Team, I contributed to the development of a next-generation e-commerce platform for add-ons linked to main trading product. I led the transition from an older version of React to a modern stack using React and Next.js 14. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to refine system architecture, and improve UI/UX design in partnership with designers. My role emphasized a T-shaped skill set with a focus on front-end development, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.

As the CTO at Plutoview, I guided the technology strategy and oversaw the development of our collaborative browsing platform, Planet 2.0. I managed a dedicated engineering team, making key decisions about system architecture and feature integration. My efforts focused on enhancing performance and usability, particularly in the areas of audio/video streaming and user interface improvements. Despite the startup's challenges, I gained valuable experience in leading a technology team and advancing innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Led the engineering team of 6 people. Focused on developing and integrating new features, enhancing system architecture, and improving overall performance and usability. Our team also researched and addressed challenges in audio/video streaming and virtualization technologies, and developed multiplayer experiences using WebRTC.
