Facilitating sales and managing reservations for prospective guests via phone. Exceeding sales goals and conversion goals every week.

Determined member of this program focused on learning from resources, tools and build connections required to launch a successful career in Nova Scotia. Such resources include; Intercultural/Professional Education, Career Supports, Networking, Employer Connection Development, Community Integration, Mentorship, Access to Immigration Supports and Entrepreneurship.

This role involves leading a team of 10 RAs which are spread out in 3 different buildings, Eaton, Christofor, and Rojo. In this position, it is required to lead weekly team meetings, schedule programming of events for the entire community, submission of paperwork required by Residence Life, as well as ensure that the team feels supported and the residents as well.Also involves dealing with high-pressure situations, medical emergencies, conflicts within residence, student advising, and acting as the link between the RAs and Residence life office.
