About Ciro Perez

Ciro Perez is a In transition at looking for new opportunity. He possess expertise in reservoir engineering, petroleum, reservoir management, petroleum engineering, oil and gas and 17 more skills. He is proficient in English and Spanish. Colleagues describe him as "Ciro is a top-notch reservoir engineer and an exceptional problem solver. I have worked with him for several years during his time at Newfield. He is able to integrate reservoir data, completions, geology, geomechanics, and practical experience to make actionable recommendations. He is remarkably motivated and self-directing, a great team player, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Ciro highly." and "I am very glad to provide a recommendation on behalf of Ciro Perez, based on our work experience at the University of Tulsa (TU). I met Ciro in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2000 where we both were part of the Tulsa University Separation Technology Projects (TUSTP), a research consortium dedicated to the advancement of compact separation systems for the oil industry. I must say that Ciro is one of the most intelligent individuals I have ever had the chance to interact with. He is highly technical, yet very practical / hands-on type of individual. His work ethics and values are also very high, and works seamlessly in a team-oriented environment. Another relevant strength he possesses is his versatility. Ciro is a great thinker, always searching for practical solutions and optimization opportunities. If I only could use three words to describe Ciro, those would be: top-notch, hard-working and team-player. At TUSTP, Ciro was in charge of modeling a horizontal pipe separator (HPS) capable of effectively separating oil from an oil-water mixture. I witnessed how Ciro designed and built his experimental facility, working along with major oil companies, like Chevron. Ciro developed and installed special instrumentation that included an optical visualization system that enable him to accurately capture the two-phase flow phenomena inside the pipe separator, including phase velocity, water cut profiles and overall oil droplet size distributions. The modeling work that he completed and published has contributed to a better understanding of the oil-water mixture flow behavior in pipes. Ciro is also an extremely hard-working individual, always willing to help others and get things done efficiently. At TU, he was often surrounded by other fellow graduate and undergraduate students seeking his advice. I was fortunate to have Ciro as Drilling and Production lab instructor where I learned a great deal from him. I also had the chance to attend several of his discussions and presentations to TUSTP industry members and observed how well he handled tough technical questions and how pleased the intelligent audience was with his work and his deliberations. I feel very comfortable recommending Ciro for a petroleum engineering related position. I truly believe he will hit the ground running and become an important contributor to the organization he works for. "

Listed skills include Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum, Reservoir Management, Petroleum Engineering, and 18 others.
