For the past three years I’ve recruited, hired and managed teams that have delivered on this vision. My pipeline of contacts contributed to the hiring of 55+ key very talented creatives at all levels of experience and disciplines. Managed day-to-day operations of the creative department this included overseeing the creative quality, process and workflow. Provided leadership and mentoring to the creatives. Re-organized, re-structured and built core teams to support the businesses. Hired and on-boarded outside agencies and vendors. Resource management for creative contractors. Managed headcount and contractor budgets. Worked closely with product marketing executives and C-level stakeholders to execute on large strategic initiatives and helped define overall marketing priorities. Built an online/offline studio. Oversaw program management and implemented a real-time project management system to enhance process efficiencies and effectiveness. Built internal and external production processes for Dreamforce (the world’s largest vendor-led technology conference). I was instrumental in building the creative team, managing the budget and collaborating with key executives and stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external vendors for the largest product launch at Dreamforce 2013 – The Salesforce1 Customer Platform.
