I'm tasked with recruiting new employer partners, as well as nurturing existing partners, to consider YU students and alumni for internships and full-time opportunities.I also support the tech-focused students, on the undergraduate and graduate levels, with career development and programming while also fostering tech employer relationships.I manage a handful of key projects like our annual international Summer Internship program, overseeing employer and student recruitment. In addition, I am the administrator for my office's sponsorship of the Grace Hopper Celebration conference and part of the committee that hosts the campus-wide entrepreneurial student competition--Innovation Challenge. This includes strategic planning, budget and vendor management, marketing, recruiting employers and volunteers, and other operational processes.

I partner with the center to highlight RU students to external partners and employers . I help explore diversity-related programming and fundraising initiatives.

My team and I worked to cultivate new and existing employer relationships that benefit our student population of 11,000+. I strategized with our employer partners on a complete branding and recruitment plan to meet their hiring goals and be considered an employer of choice by our students. This included initiatives focused on marketing, early identification, diversity/equity/inclusion, social media, student group engagement and more. I also served on the Marketing and Website Committees tasked with managing the department brand and marketing strategy to our multiple stakeholders.I was the program manager for the Interviewing Program at NJIT. In addition to on-campus and virtual interviewing, this also includes overseeing a number of networking initiatives connecting employers and students: Practice Interview Week, Informational Interview Program, Engineering Co-Op Interview Days and Recruiter Office Hours.In an effort to support the professional development of our students, I also provided career guidance to our technical students and facilitated workshops on interviewing and other ad-hoc topics.
