I spent a year strongly desiring to work with elite grassroots athletes, believing it was the ideal place to maximize my contribution to their sporting careers. Simultaneously, I envisioned forming a dedicated team who shared my vision and possessed the unwavering commitment to work on it daily. This journey began with the aspiration to create a positive impact in people's lives. Today, I feel incredibly blessed to announce that I have been appointed as the lead strength and conditioning coach at Cricket Mantras. This role not only allows me to assist athletes but also to mentor aspiring S&C coaches, helping them improve their craft.

✅ I managed a team of 30 athletes, ✅ Building a robust foundation for their physical readiness. ✅ I conducted fitness assessments and devised strategies for both male and female athletes in the 18–24 age range. ✅ My day-to-day responsibilities included training, educating, and creating a game-specific environment to enhance their strength, speed, power, and overall performance in sports. ✅ Proudly, the boys secured the 1st position in the Khelo India University Games 2023 under my guidance.
