At 15, I went through a period of intense knee and lower back pain. I received various treatments from doctors and physiotherapists, which helped but never gave me a lasting solution. It wasn’t until I took responsibility for my health that things began to shift. I started researching, seeking advice from alternative sources, and discovered the root of my issues: limited flexibility, lack of exercise, insecurities, and some unhelpful habits. Realizing I was holding myself back from meaningful experiences, I made it my mission to dig deep, uncover solutions, and transform my life.Since graduating high school in 2021, I’ve immersed myself in diverse learning systems and courses. I’ve studied at the CHEK Institute, completed courses like those from White Tiger Qigong, and joined Toastmasters to develop public speaking and communication skills. I gained hands-on experience working with clients through 1-to-1 coaching. I also learned many skills working for Urbntiger alongside my friend Julian, supporting events, workshops, and online classes. Now I'm expanding my studies into kinesiology to deepen my knowledge.Today, I offer coaching services that blend everything I've learned over the past five years, helping others reach their health and wellness goals.
