In industries with low profit margins and high volume it is vital to challenging the old ways of working and using best practice in all processes. I have in my most recent positions combined my experience and skills in Financial Steering and Control to work with Turnaround cases since key to a successful Turnaround is to gain control in order to take fast decisions in order to execute the plan and keep high momentum.

The database consisted of financial information and risk evaluations for all sites in the Group. The database was a success and drove the premiums for the insurance coverage down.
