At the same time the task was to decrease the organization in order to outsource the running Finance flows (General Ledger, accounts receivables and payables) to Bring Accounting Center in Helsingborg.The role also included responsibility for Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Customs which meant moving and centralizing those functions to Malmö.

The main scope was to assist the Management Team of Division Logistiklösingar to select was initiatives that would be added into the program in order to ensure better success in those projects by focusing recourses to them. After the selection of projects the next task was to build a program follow-up and reporting model to monitor the development of the project. The last step was to build a measurement system to be able to track the output of the projects.

This meant that the focus was to form subsidiaries abroad as the company and build the organization as the business grew. Another key task was to handle pricing and negotiation on running basis with the key customers. Since the customers also outsource their financial reporting to Bring SCM an important element was to communicate with the customers to handle their finance flows.

The Management Trainee program ran over 15 months with a combination of working at the home department Group Finance and three periods of assignments outside the home department (Sales Department in Sundsvall, Manufacturing Factory in Gothenburg and Controlling and Risk Management in Tours France).After the Trainee program I took a permanent position in Group Controlling.Main responsibilities were to establish a new database for the Group for purchasing of insurance coverage for the Group via the Captive SKF Reinsurance Ltd. The database consisted of financial information and risk evaluations for all sites in the Group. The database was a success and drove the premiums for the insurance coverage down.
