The solution involved an Android-based set top box-style hardware product and a web application. The team released user stories continually as they were completed, on average 3 times per week. Ensured that requirements were clear, that impediments were resolved and that we delivered predictively. As a part of the Scrum master role, I Introduced Kanban as a replacement for Scrum and streamlined the release process so that new features can be deployed to production daily. In the system developer role, I helped Unikum scale from hundreds to thousands of simultaneous users.

Led the development of Keybroker’s platform for managing online advertising campaigns on several search engines with different third-party conversion tracking providers. My position included responsibility for personnel management and recruiting. I established effective routines for release management and introduced agile software development practices, based on Scrum and XP, that made it possible to maintain reliable delivery while facilitating changes in business requirements and goals. In my day-to-day work, I promoted good design practices and made decisions regarding frameworks and technologies to use. I also had a driving role in designing and developing the system architecture and technical platform, which is built on technologies such as J2EE, GWT, Spring, Hibernate, AspectJ and Acegi Security.

Responsible for support and administration of Mac servers and clients at the School of Education, Växjö University. As a part of this role, I planned, designed and introduced a new centralized storage system.
