Hatzalah South Florida Emergency Medical Services is a volunteer, not-for-profit organization with a mission to improve medical outcomes and save lives. By augmenting existing emergency medical services with over 120 community-based, state-certified EMT and paramedic volunteer responders – Hatzalah South Florida provides critical care in neighborhoods across South Florida. #togetherwesavelives- I work to broaden the base of donors, users and volunteer EMTs and paramedics through recruitment, community outreach, education, event planning, fundraising campaigns, marketing, and relationship building.- Assisted in rebranding the organization with a new logo, website, message and marketing materials.

- Cultivated a network of existing and new supporters, organized events to promote the organization and secure new benefactors, and oversaw an extensive schedule of meetings to propose fundraising opportunities.- Identified donors, solicited funds, and built successful long-term partnerships for EMS in Israel.

- Responsible for growing AIPAC's membership in South Florida through one-on-one meetings, relationship building and educating the community on the importance of AIPAC and a strong U.S.-Israel relationship.- Recruited 70 new club members (with an annual donation of $1,800 or more)

- Recruited Jewish college students and young professionals from across America for educational trips to Israel.

- Work with lobbyists at the Florida State Capitol.- Relay information pertaining to specific bills and amendments to lobbyists. - Attend the Constitution Revision Commission meetings.

- Help children achieve their school readiness goals through Head Start lesson plans.- Work with children to progress their social and emotional, language, literacy, cognitive, math and physical development.

- Organized pro-Israel events, speakers and advocacy campaigns to create a space for students to learn about Israel’s people, history, culture and politics in an inclusive environment on my college campus.- Created a student board, led board meetings, recruited members on campus, worked with national pro-Israel organizations and collaborated with other campus organizations.

- Assisted in early intervention for children ages three and four with an array of disabilities.- Worked in group therapy with teachers, physical therapists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and dietitians.
