A dual role based in Perth, I am responsible for greeting and checking in clients when they arrive to view the showroom or purchase tools or equipment. I answer client enquiries over the phone and pass them on to the relevant people, taking messages where necessary. The Service side of my role involves receiving nation-wide calls from customers regarding issues they may have with their machinery. I am responsible for taking the call, inputing their information into our servicing system and scheduling technicians and tech support. I am one of four service managers across Australia.
