Duty & Responsibility:My previous employment is a project manager at KMU group. I have worked exclusively on the Petaling Jaya Sewer Pipeline Upgrade project ($88M AUD) and as project manager have consistently kept the entire project on schedule. I was personally responsible for introducing a monthly KPI report for all teams in order to control the budget below 95% which was successfully applied to all projects and is still in use today.Key Achievements Promoted to Project Manager within two years at KMU Group.

Duty & Responsibility: Following my time at Sunway I accepted a position at Sentoria Group during a large global heritage residential project with a budget of $327M AUD. I developed and implemented strategies for the required work of a range of subcontractors and suppliers. I was in a leadership position for all phases of the project including the protection of native flora, earth levelling and the installation of aluminium formworks for construction jobs as required. I very regularly engaged with my team and the clients in a role which demanded strong time, budget and personnel management skills.

Duty & Responsibility: My first position following my studies was as a graduate engineer with Sunway Construction Pty Ltd where I was promoted throughout the years to project engineer positions. I worked on five separate projects ranging from $1.5M AUD to $65M AUD with increasing responsibilities along the way. My first project was the Pyramid Skyramp and Underpass project and I immediately slotted into a role of monitoring the wall, bridge and underpass construction. My skills were soon utilised in a more demanding role as a project engineer, overseeing the many facets of construction in the South Quay Infrastructure project including multilayer landfill, rock blasting and micropiling.I oversaw the construction and demolition work for reinstating a high-traffic access road in the Subang Victoria Project. Following the successful completion of the project I was promoted to a senior project engineer role for the South Klang Valley Expressway project ($65M AUD) where I monitored and coordinated ground improvement (stone column and PVD system), pond filling and reinforced earth wall. My fifth project was overseeing the construction of a gas cooling plant which included implementing Jack in Pile systems and pre-stressing reinforced structures with insulation foam. As a senior manager, I developed additional interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.Key Achievement:  Promoted to senior project engineer within my third year at Sunway Construction. Success to complete the Subang Victoria Project in 2 months ahead of the schedule & zero disturbance to airport operation.
