Provided project support and administrative services for the design, permitting, and construction of multi-family residential and mixed use buildings in the Seattle area. Maintained daily management and tracking of project documentation and distribution of; AIA contract documents, design clarifications & revisions, field questions & responses, materials & methods project submittals. Maintained project databases for the tracking and issuance of current project drawing sheets and sketch revisions. Performed final punch walk inspections on-site and produced reports for distribution to General Contractor, Subcontractors, and Owner/Client. Managed contracts and coordinated the ordering, shipping, delivery, and installation of HVAC Equipment & Controls for three major Client construction programs comprised of new stores as well as remodels and additions. Produced equipment forecasting reports, ordered and tracked liability insurance certificates, and maintained stock of the equipment controls warehouse.

- Coordinated fire & life safety engineering services as the primary project liaison for a National wholesale client program comprised of new construction on 15 ground-up warehouses and over 100 remodels and additions. - Managed project schedules and resourcing of consulting and design teams to ensure timely production of project deliverables for client. - Reviewed project scopes of work and produced service proposals and contracts. Successfully negotiated extra service agreements with client. - Worked diplomatically with client and accounting department to resolve uninvoiced and unpaid services. Successfully obtained executed documentation of unresolved service contracts dating back over two years resulting in nearly $200,000 of recovered revenue. - Tracked project budgets and reviewed weekly timecards for billable services. - Maintained project tracking database and document center, which included daily monitoring of project information and uploading project documentation.

- Provided project support and administrative services for the design and construction of Redmond-based Software Developer’s 1.4 million square foot corporate campus comprised of four office structures, central campus community center, and underground parking facility. - Provided project support and administrative services for a National financial client program and the roll-out of corporate branding remodels and new construction of over 700 bank branches. - Successfully implemented project documentation tracking and filing systems, as well as closeout and archiving procedures still in use today. - Maintained daily management and tracking of project documentation and distribution of; design clarifications & revisions, field questions & responses, materials & methods project submittals, milestone drawing sets, and project record set of drawings.
