Ms. Perini-Hegarty is an Executive Director in the Legal Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley supporting the Morgan Stanley at Work businesses, including, but not limited to, the Shareworks Stock Plan Services group. She has extensive experience in business law, international commercial transactions and trade law, and real estate. In addition, Ms. Perini-Hegarty drafts and negotiates a variety of critical agreements for her clients (i.e., trade distribution, financial services agreements in connection with stock plan and 401(k) benefits administration, prime broker and custody transactions, and licensing agreements for market data, technology and intellectual property). For over 24 years, she has advised start-ups to a wide spectrum of multi-national companies based both in and outside the United States. Ms. Perini-Hegarty has experience assisting clients in every context in which an international or domestic business law issue may arise and has successfully negotiated a wide variety of complex transactions in these areas. In addition, Ms. Perini-Hegarty built a robust real estate practice representing commercial and residential buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants which continues to operate today under new leadership since her departure.
