Key responsibilities1. Design and implement all training and coaching content in accordance with program and evaluation design documents2. Provide direct line management support to the School Support Manager3. Design, develop and support the implementation of LeadNow (a digital training and coaching app)4. Provide direct line management to the Digital Program Officer 5. Support the Digital Program Officer on all technical LeadNow upgrades and new areas of development, and ensure alignment to program needs, government provisions, and intended outcomes6. Codification and packaging of curriculum and all training and coaching resources (online and offline)7. Select, train and support Peer Facilitators to ensure quality and impact of training across programs8. Develop all necessary materials and resources to support the development and impact of Peer Facilitators

• Curate all training and coaching content in accordance with program and evaluation design documents. Refine program curriculum design according to planned program cohorts for any given period. Craft a relevant scope and sequence informed by program and evaluation design, and baseline program data for each cohort. Craft a Cohort Implementation Guide for each cohort that proposes the number of days training, coaching cycles, integration of LeadNow, implementation of PLCs, and other important implementation guidance such as mode of delivery (online, offline or blended). Ensure timely design and update of all curriculum materials (online and offline) including, but not limited to, Facilitator Guides, Session Powerpoints, Guided notes, Animation/Video Scripts, pre-readings, and other resources. • Curate LeadNow (LMS) community and content - Collaborate with MEL to oversee design, testing and implementation of online diagnostic tool to guide curation of LeadNow content. Consider metrics, analysis and feedback as part of the necessary cycle for the use of the diagnostic tool. Design and deliver a schedule of quarterly LeadNow community events. Draft a regular LeadNow community newsletter that offers valuable engagement and learning opportunities to school and teacher leaders.• LeadNow (LMS-Moodle) management - Oversee and support account creation and sharing of user credentials, technical support to users, and feedback mechanisms to improve user experience.• Codification and packaging of curriculum and all training and coaching resources (online and offline).• Lead teach-outs supported by the school support manager as required and integrate teach-out feedback into session resources.• Provide School Support Manager with proposed project coaching plan aligned to cohort(s) scope and sequence, and intended outcomes. • Recruit and equip Peer Facilitators with necessary skills to support training across programs, both online and in-person.

Responsibilities and achievements:- • Curriculum development - Develop units of curriculum as needed; Regular review and refinement of curriculum across programs; Codification and packaging of curriculum; Support development of online / blended learning resources as required; Plan for delivery of training content in accordance with project planning documents.• Provide project coaching plan(s) aligned to training curriculum - Plans should consider coaching support of training content in a timely and effective manner; the entire scope and sequence of any partnership; and the intended outcomes of any partnership so that coaching is impactful towards those outcomes.Plans should propose tools, reflection questions, key observations and other resources that coaches might utilize in each coaching session.• Coordinate Leadership Academy and Professional Development Workshop facilitation -Propose allocation of session facilitation, considering facilitator strengths, schedules and coaching assignments; Sequence sessions in line with relevant scope and sequence; Ensure timely provision of session notes, workbooks, readings, and other resources; Lead teach-outs; Integrate teach-out feedback into session plans and notes.• Support Programs Team in successful delivery of training and coaching across a variety of partnerships - Ensure full utilization of available digital tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness of training, coaching, MEL and other program objectives; Directly coach school leaders as per coaching assignment • Ensure Peer Facilitators are selected and equipped to support training across programs
