• Preparation of financial accounts reports that is general ledger reports, profit and loss account, balance sheet, cash flow on a monthly basis and subsequently on a yearly basis for tax returns and external audit.

• Preparing of payroll and submitting of statutory returns (NSSF, NHIF, and PAYE) every month.

• Intercompany reconciliation’s and postings
• Regular reconciliation of purchases, sales, stocks and banking for the same on a daily basis.

• Implement and enforce inventory policies, procedures, adopt appropriate technology, ERP workflows and internal controls.
• Oversee and coordinate physical inventory counts of goods (monthly and cycle counts) for all locations along with regular inspections to identify discrepancies or ways to improve inventory management
• Handle and document approved non-routine inventory transactions i.e. stock adjustments
• Monitor all stock related transactions on the SAGE system to ensure proper recording, completion and clean-up of incomplete transactions.
• Oversee and coordinate physical inventory counts of goods (monthly and cycle counts) for all locations.
• Perform monthly stock reconciliations of physical counts against system for all warehouses and highlight variances to the finance director.

• Posting customers invoices in Sage.
• Receipting customers’ payments accurately in Sage.
• Assisting in the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
