Planning new analytical services and implementing several projects for improving the analytical services in the environmental area. As R&D manager I formulated and managed around 50 projects that led to commercially sellable analysis services.Together with the managers for food, pharma and agriculture I worked in the Nordic R&D management group. Strategic decisions for business development were developed using the coordination gains between the different R&D areas.
