I love product development, to innovate, create, implement and launch products and solutions that make a difference.As a leader, the goal is to create a working environment, where people take ownership of their tasks, has as little friction as possible, and working together as team to face challenges, not just gripe about it. Setting goals, create roadmaps and prioritize to get the most out of the resources available.As a person I am an impatient extrovert with a good humor. Want to drive things, get things done. Have the ability to move from long term strategic thinking to very detailed implementation, without loosing the whole picture.Have excellent communication skills.
