I am a loyal and driven person who likes to work in projects or groups, I have worked in the field of End User Services in various roles for the last 15 years. Some of the roles that I have experienced are, Technician, Developer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Product Manager, Service Development Manager and Process and Method developer. This has given me a broad experience in the service area providing Windows Workstation as a service to end-users. It is a very challenging role where I utilized many of my skills gathered during my career.• My IT-Service Management skills are used to form an ITIL based process delivery model and this model with process content. Also my skills are to handle strategies and economics around this service model. • My System Development skills are the ability to manage systems development projects and to understand the nature of development. • My IT-Infrastructure skills are used to understand, discuss and design the supporting systems and tools needed to provide IT-Services.I currently work as an architect of management processes and methods. These processes are supporting the service model that I am a co founder of. My goal now is to find a job where I can combine all my experience within technology, processes and methods to achieve quality and effectiveness through automatization.
