Works as an architect with defining and document processes and methodologies within 3 projects. • DLM Framework (Service Delivery Framework)• Service Portal (Self Service Portal)• Server migration (Migration of 900 servers)I fulfilled the goal for all 3 of the projects that where established. When we did the design of the processes we did base them on ITIL V3 standards where applicable.

Responsible for the service development in the service area End User Services.Established a fully documented service delivery model to raise the quality and effectiveness within the service delivery. Also I was responsible for the collateral within the EUS area, including Service description, Sales material. Carried out strategies for the service area and defined development projects according to the strategies.

Been part of 4 projects performed for customers. These projects have all been within the desktop life cycle management area. In one of these I acted as project manager within a program. Our mission was to develop and role out a new desktop and server environment for Apoteket ABs cashier and pharmacy application. The program was executed on plan and within budget. The successor of that project was automatization. This was the most profitable project that year.

In 1998 their where no established methods and tools that suited our mission to establish and maintain desktop environments. My colleague and me started up the work to create WM-datas first concept for desktop management. During these years I had the roles technician, staff manager, project manager and product manager. We produced 4 versions of the concept that included tools and methods. We used different developer tools such as .NET, C# and Visual Basic. I had 5 developers and 4 support persons along with 3 Implementation specialists within the Team. I was business responsible för the product and had a lot of customer contact. The concept was used by WM-datas leading customers and had an installed base of 60000 desktops.

Took part in a team that did the design, development and the role out methodology with the goal to establish a standardized desktop platform for NCC AB. We built tools and methodology for the disciplines OS Installation, Software packaging, Software distribution. NCC´s mission statement for the project was to create a standardized desktop and server platform to achieve cost savings together with higher quality. During the rollout we had the responsibility to support the different rollout teams on problems. After the rollout we entered maintenance mode to deliver Change management on the established solution.

Worked as a carpenter with construction of small and big houses.
