From GTM strategy to NorthStar product vision research, Aaron creates an environment of collaboration between the various project teams that fosters innovation and joint ownership, bringing the best results from each group. • Helped a client to understand a new sustainability product concept acceptance across both the US and Europe, conducting a quantitative study that incorporated Max diff analysis to determine key elements required in the new product concept.• Delivered on a NorthStar product vision using qualitative and UX design research to help define the key developer audience of the future and what their needs will be for a cloud database management system.• Lead a team of Content, UX and Insights researchers to conduct an extensive site audit, competitive analysis and audience discovery to help reshape an existing website to better meet the needs of potential users.• Conducted an extensive UX testing sequence to optimize a client retail website across multiple countries on a tight deadline. Working closely with a large interdisciplinary team to create innovative new approaches to sales content and design.
