My main focus has always been learning and innovation in the widest sense of the terms: How society changes as a result of creativity and the use of knowledge. This explains my interest in science and research, as well as a wide variety of other forms for learning, innovation and creativity, being that the learning that takes place at work or at home, incremental innovations at the factory floor or branding, design and marketing. I believe that science and technology policy, research policy, eduction policy and innovation policy are all subset of a wider, broad based, knowledge or learning policy arena.
