Sales management and business development combined with good business acumen are the recurring elements in my career. I have experience from several years abroad and have subsequently also worked for Danish international companies.The key words for most of my business career have been initiation, building, management, development and structuring of sales as well as new markets and products, which has given me many exciting challenges, and a good broad professional ballast. As a leader, I set the direction and prioritize action. I am there when employees need it, take the lead, coach, and delegate responsibilities.I see opportunities rather than obstacles. I am passionate about working with people, developing sales and markets, and in that way help to create results.
