Job core responsibilities.- Review all patients eligibility for Refinement. - identify complex cases and transfer for further orthodontic assesment to comply with customer goals/expectations. - Direct customer service to explain dental processes and organise consultation appointments.- Explain Refinement processes to patients and ensure these can match realistically patient's expectations. -Identify complex cases that require excalations and discuss possible outcomes to prevent a complaint order. -Managing the UK Refinement Spreadsheets -Management of different programs such as Slack, Sales force, Arcade and Backend-Program direct communication with the Dentist when needed. -Overview of retainer and DIY order requests - to keep the Refinement Log updated.Additional responsibilities Navigate through SF to leave clear notes of each stage of the refinement process. -Create clear and efficient explanations for the customer about their questions or concerns. -Research medical processes and their possible contraindication with the orthodontic treatment when patients inform us about adjacent medical treatments or conditions. -Patient Journey Administrator - addressing customers with didactic informstion that allow them to obtain full understanding of some medical terminology and medical/ orthodontical processes. This provides the customer with full explanation of the refinement process so they can take infomed and consent decisions. This allowed to show quality in the service and this helped awknowledge Wondersmile as a competent team in the Dental Cosmetic Field.
