Main experience includes:-Lead and manage the R-Process. Provide commercial leadership from Inquiry to Order (Proposal Request) phase though “hand-over” to Order to Remittance (Execution) phase. -Respond to customer quotation requests, review customer order requirements. Lead and drive the deal strategy development process.-Lead, manage and drive the risk assessment process throughout the Process.-Coordinate, facilitate and drive required business reviews on exception basis.-Ensure essential, necessary and timely coordination between the Sales, Operations and Commercial Support Functions. -Transactional work activities include RFP/RFQ/ITT review, deal strategy/structure assessment, scope identification/verification, profitability analysis (cost estimation), proposal preparation and coordination, contract risk assessment, order booking, commercial support and risk assessment and mitigation throughout the Process. -Support during business strategy development; deliver against plans.-Work with regional sales and project managers to improve market & regional penetration by supporting regional sales force in creation of new opportunities and order closure.-Capture and implement Best Practices in Commercial Operations across all regions.-Support digitization of the Inquiry to Order (Proposal Request) processes -Travel as required with sales people on customer clarification & site visits.-Green Belt Certified (Six Sigma)-Ability to drive and manage change across organizations. -Great negotiating skills.-Ability to leverage network and work with internal & external customers.-Excellent project/program management skills.-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.-Has been on business to Argentina, Brasil, Germany, Mexico, and Venezuela.-Is proficient in Spanish (native language, fluent) and English (second language, fluent).Specialties: - Contract Analysis- Risk Assessment- Compliance Support
