With over nine years of experience as an academic assistant and high school teacher at Instituto Kolbe, I am a business administrator with a passion for education and human resources. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Universidad de Occidente, and a study abroad program at Mount Royal University, where I enhanced my English and intercultural skills.As an academic coordinator, I organized class schedules, supervised academic programs, evaluated instruments and lesson plans, and oversaw teacher recruitment and coordination of academic events. As a high school teacher, I instructed human resources management, English as a second language, and computer classes, making a positive impact on the lives of my students. I also have previous experience as a human resources assistant at Morgan Polymer Seals, where I supported the recruitment, training, payroll, and employee satisfaction activities for the production area. I am easily adaptable, proficient in public speaking, and eager to learn and grow in new challenges.
