During the initial phase of my professional journey, I was engaged in developing an integrated suite of products that included a chat/video chat application. Concurrently, I performed the role of Scrum Master for my team.As I delved deeper into the concepts of Clean Code and Extreme Programming, I decided to focus on the task of refactoring the legacy code of a specific product by adhering to these principles.Given the highly diverse and multicultural work environment, I had the opportunity to work alongside colleagues from different parts of the world. I ensured to maintain a good proficiency level in English, thanks to the internal training programs offered by the company, which also helped me continuously enrich my skills and knowledge.

During the initial phase of my internship, I was involved in Business Intelligence (BI) and general analysis. The work centered around SQL as the primary language and Microsoft BI Suite tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Management Studio, and Visual Studio 2012. In the second phase of the internship, I was focused on hardware and software helpdesk. This required me to interface with users located in different parts of the world as I was part of a multinational corporation. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, was a vital skill. The software tools used during this phase included Team Viewer, VNC, Skype, Link, Microsoft 365, Lotus Notes, and Infor.

Throughout my academic journey, I had the opportunity to work in the catering and retail industries, where I interacted with customers from diverse backgrounds. These experiences greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth by enhancing my adaptability, flexibility, and communication skills. I learned how to navigate challenging situations diplomatically, which has proven to be a valuable asset in my career.
