About Perla Sanchez Aparicio
I began my journey in Animal Welfare back in 2018 as a foster for One Tail at a Time. I quickly realized the impact a single person really can have in changing a life and a new spark lit. I am fortunate enough be a part of the new wave of Animal Rescue- one where we focus on keeping families together and understand that only by uplifting the most vulnerable in our community can we make the world a safe and equitable place. As the Community Outreach Program at One Tail expanded I was overjoyed to join the team and start making tangible change. As the Outreach Coordinator for Pet Mutual Aid, I am able to make connections with our community leaders; bring resources and support to community members in need; and keep pushing for the change we all deserve.
