I am a professional geologist, For over two decades, I have prospected both internationally as well as domestically from unconventional to heavy oil reservoirs, mentored and coached employees, emphasizing the need for technical and innovative thinking, managing appropriate risk expectations leading to economic success. I have led teams to deliver beyond expectations in every company I have worked, I have contributed to the bottom line with highly successful and innovative prospecting team efforts resulting in significant production growth. I am passionate about mentoring and creating a vision for team success.
