The goal of the research project was to create an international network of usable augmented enviroments for collaborative project-driven learning and working. The project was financed by Wallenberg Global Learning Network.

The research work resulted in the establishment of a new research center at the Interactive Institute. I had a 50% employment at the institute. The rest of the time I worked as a freelance journalist and exept writing articles for leading business magazines I moderated conferences and seminars at IIR, IBC Euroforum and Stockholm County Council among others.

The editorial concept was to describe the new and growing digital business possibilities via the internet.In just two years my team and I took the magazine to a leading and profitable position on the very competitive business magazines market.

During my time at Forma I worked at a handful magazines and one web-site. Among them INFO, at the time the leading business magazine for marketing directors, departments and media buyers in Sweden. I also started www.infomag.se 1995 and worked as editor for the web-site.

The owner of the grocerie store and I made it profitable for the first time in 15 years and we did it in just two years. The time at the store was one of the best practical business- and leadership educations I ever had. I was in my twenties and had the benefit of managing eight ladies between 33-64 years of age. I soon realised that leadship is something you deserve and that it´s up to you to keep on deserving it.
