Until 2017 Swiss-wide responsible for Global Mobility Transformation (GMT) leading a team of competent mobility professionals and Deputy Head of Global Employer Services (GES) at Deloitte Basel. Since 2017 responsible for co-developing the firms International Social Security and International Payroll offerings. Managing the Global Mobility Team (11 staff in Basel plus 5 staff in South San Francisco) being reponsible for the ongoing deliverables to the HRBPs/Business on a world-wide basis. The job included a high degree of stakeholder management as well as escalation management. Secondly, I had the oversight role and immediate business responsibility for transitioning Roche Global Mobility to a new Assignment Administration System being launched Q1 2015. I was seconded by Deloitte to Roche on this mandate.

Head of Global Mobility where I was responsible for developing and implementing the new global mobility strategy for the Carlsberg Group world-wide. The key focus areas have been to develop and document the new Mobility Framework with business tailored sub-policies addressing business and regional needs. The implementation has been supported by a new operating model enabling centralized support to HR, Line Management and our mobile employees both on a regional and a local level. Furthermore, a new global vendor model and an aligned toolkit with focus on processes and consistency has been created, in order to support the transfer of staff within the Group. The use of technology has been aligned to the operating model, with focus on supporting local and regional HR and creating transparency for the Group’s mobile employees about the policies and assignment entitlements. From a strategic perspective Global Mobility has teamed up with Group Talent Management and Recruitment facilitating a global focus on talent attraction and development within the Group. Finally, a Global Employment Company with base in Singapore has been registered and made operational supporting strategic mobility within the Group enabling truly global careers for key talents.
