I am a committed, efficient and loyal person who is passionate about the junction between the technical and chemical aspects of the production of novel food and dairy products. With a PhD in Dairy Chemistry and Technology, I am able to solve the complex challenges that may be related to quality assurance and optimization of manufacturing processes as well as the development of innovative solutions for the food and dairy industry. In addition, I am experienced with developing and analysing of protein characterisation, especially concerning modifications and functionality, with a focus on whey proteins and caseins.It is important for me always to deliver high quality work and I enjoy working in an active environment with opportunities to challenge myself and grow. As a person, I am responsible and aware of my surroundings and I contribute to a good social environment.I am currently employed in a postdoc position at University of Copenhagen, where I collaborate with Arla Foods Ingredients.
