In charge of the strategic communication agenda in Concept Center & Factory - a technology innovation center in the LEGO Group scouting for the manufacturing technologies of tomorrow (and the next day, and the day after that). Key areas of responsibility:COMMUNICATION:- Acting as a communication anchor providing sparring and guidance on communicative aspects of daily operation to leader and team members- Creating and maintaining a strong visual identity for the department (logo, visuals, color palette, etc.)- Creating and maintaining internal department web in Microsoft SharePoint (text, graphics, etc.)- Transforming highly technical knowledge into a clear message for the receiver to understand and act on- Coming up with new ways of presenting knowledge (text, layout, channel, etc.)- Sending out newsletters to key stakeholders in the LEGO organizationPROCESSES:- Conducting idea generation sessions using alternative methodology to 'pick people's brains' to move ideas forward- Managing stakeholders (check-ins and follow-up surveys)- Developing and running core departmental processes to optimize daily business (e.g. project portfolio)

Elements & Moulds

Personal Assistant of two managers within the areas of procurement and verification of LEGO moulds and bricks. Acting as interpreter/translator executing translations within areas such as technical documentation, internal communication, and people and culture, as well as carried out interpretation tasks for Danish/Mexican colleagues undergoing various training sessions within highly technical areas (in Mexico and Denmark). I found high value in being the interpreter and mediator of key LEGO knowledge and culture to LEGO sites outside Denmark. Engaged in the roll-out of a new English training concept to encourage LEGO employees to focus further on stepping up language-wise to prepare themselves for the globalization challenges facing us.

Teaching courses within translation strategies between Danish and Spanish, Spanish Grammar, Corporate Communication/Business Language and export marketing.
