- Master Data Management - Responsible for Global master data management - Contact person to provide support on the information needed in SuccessFactors.- Conduct HR analysis and prepare reports and presentations for local, regional, and global needs.- Managing Mass updates in the system as well as External employee registration & management.- Testing – participates in testing in SF, including performing the tests, analyzing the results, and investigating issues. - Training to other HR colleagues globally on how to use the systems effectively.- Working closely with HR Shared Service and other HR colleagues internally, and our implementation partner Itelligence externally.- Creating HR dashboards by using Power BIProjects: Implementing SuccessFactors in Norwegian, IAM Project, Implementing New Norwegian foundation data while reorganization and downsizing

- Register new hires and update HR data/employee information changes in the HR system.- Update and ensure accuracy and quality of HR data Globally.- Conduct HR analysis and prepare reports and presentations.- Communicate with various stakeholders within HR and outside to secure quality of data.- Provides SuccessFactors training for colleagues globally.- First approver of invoices in SAP.
