I am in the central IT team and is handling the central Microsoft Lync environment. As lead specialist I am responsible for providing UC services for 27500 users in over 300 global locations and continuing the global rollout of Enterprise Voice. Right now we are in the process of migrating from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013. We have +6000 users on Enterprice Voice in over 40 locations worldwide. We uses local SBS server on each site and a Audiocodes Gateway or central/local SIP trunk. I started in Niro because they needed to migrate many users from Outlook to Lotus Notes. I builted a new Notes domain from the beginning with all the rights policies and features that can be hard to add to a running environment. Then we migrated both the old Lotus Notes domain and all the Outlook users to the new domain. I got special interest in Sametime and it was a big success for the business when they started using it both internally but also with externals.
