I am in the central IT team and is handling the central Microsoft Lync environment. As lead specialist I am responsible for providing UC services for 27500 users in over 300 global locations and continuing the global rollout of Enterprise Voice. I started in Niro because they needed to migrate many users from Outlook to Lotus Notes. I builted a new Notes domain from the beginning with all the rights policies and features that can be hard to add to a running environment. Then we migrated both the old Lotus Notes domain and all the Outlook users to the new domain.
