The main challenge was timing – as we needed to establish knowledge about how to run a dental clinic, build up internal and external relationships (such as Teller, Bluegarden, Dentalsystem-suppliers, banks, auditors, etc.) and at the same time onboard up to 6 acquisitions per month.Other large projects included 1) establishment of a datawarehouse collecting accounting information from each of the clinics (they all work on their own servers with a locally installed accounting system), 2) managing audit processes covering about 120 legal entities, 50 different bookkeepers, 80 dentist-owners, and 8 different auditors and 3) improvement of local bookkeepers’ accounting quality by making training sessions, training materials and templates.Since July 2019 I was Finanschef (Finance Manager) and part of top management in tandlægen.dk Holding A/S. -
