Creating a start-up project from scratch along with experience in concept development, project management, client contact, communication and marketing.Fear Force offers support sessions for families with children with anxiety. Sessions are based on cognitive behavioral therapy, and a substantial up-to-date professional knowledge on anxiety treatment for children is used to continually develop the concept.The project is admitted to the innovation and entrepreneur community SUND Hub and cooperates with The Association for Children with Anxiety.

Psychologist intern (Feb-May 2017) and afterwards student assistant (Jan-Jun 2018) at The Danish Defence recuitment team working with the selection of officers and other specialized staff for The Royal Armed Forces.My role included consultant work conducting recruitment interviews and making psychological assessments of applicants, coordinating of the selection of the Army Reaction Force with over 300 applicants and participation at the development of selection procedures in the psychological team.- Recruitment interviews with applicants- Use of observations and cases in the selection process- Interpretation and providing feedback on psychological test results- Psychological assessment of ressources- Assessment of match between job profile and applicants- Development and optimization of recruitment procedures- Interdisciplinary work with health professionals and military caseworkers
