As Head of Client Experience at BGL, the focus is to communicate with BGL client's in an effective and efficient manner with a primary focus on building strong client relationships and ensuring our clients needs are communicated internally to deliver to our clients needs.The role also involves the management of the Sales, Marketing and Account Management.

After 2 years of managing BGL's Support Team, I was presented with a new challenge to see the roll-out and management of the BGL Bank Data Service. The service allows accounting practices to automate and streamline the SMSF accounting process. The service offers reliable, timely and accurate transactions delivered daily. Started with BGL in 2008 as a support consultant, and in July 2011 was promoted to the position of Support Manager.
