Grunnfjellet Eiendom is my private holding company within real estate related investments. Previously named SSB Næringseiendom 10 AS, established in 2007 and was owned by 50 shareholders. I took sole control and ownership of this company in 2018, restructured the operations and financials, bringing it into a sustainable and well funded business. Merged with Grunnfjellet AS´s real estate business in 2019. We sold off 7500 sqm of business premises (Forus Teknologipark) in september 2020.

MicroA is a privately owned Norwegian Biotechnology company, focusing on sustainable manufacture of products from microalgae. We use our patented closed photobioreactor and deep-sea Norwegian water to produce microalgae ingredients at the highest possible standards. Our sustainable and clean production process enables us to deliver fully natural microalgae products.The cultivation and extraction capabilities has allowed the exploration of new microalgae ingredients where there is market demand for a natural product with a specific biochemical or bioactivity profile.

It’s core business is to bring its unique and patented heat transfer technology into all the industrial areas of use where the technology solves known problems or expensive tasks that cannot be satisfactorily solved by conventional technology.We established a J/V with Scantech in 2019, where we entered the global Oil and Gas marked together with Pleat Mud Coolers AS. The company is growing fast and has become a preferred partner to several of the majors in the oil and gas industry.

Bryne Plast has its own production hall with highly qualified staff and manufactures plastic products that are vacuum-formed or injection molded. They also buoys and paste most materials in plastic and aluminum, and do all the work from concept to production.

I was 1 out of 3 entrepreneurs who orchestrated a strategic and tactical start-up, from idea development and business plan through execution of a new flange concept, a weldless connection with no hot work. Quickflange reached a turnover of around 100 million NOK with high operating margins, and was sold to an industrial- and international buyer in 2014.Quickflange is a recognized supplier of connection solutions for improved pipeline integrity and flow assurance to the energy business.The safe and cost-effective solutions are standard weld neck flanges that are quickly and permanently mounted with no hot work involved. The company’s headquarter is in Norway with offices in the UK and the United Arab Emirates.
