Gooten offers a Shopify App that allows store-owners to fulfill print products, an intuitive API that enables seamless automation between e-commerce platforms and its own fulfillment process, and B2B direct sales of merchandise and promotional products.Duties and responsibilities:- Creating supply strategy and quarterly goals and tactics- Coordinating and creating product roadmap with other Senior Management Team members- Coordinating cross team projects- Sourcing and onboarding new vendors into the Gooten platform- Product management- managing and updating our product offer- Managing a team of 7 integration analysts- Task delegation to team members- Managing integration projects- Account management- maintaining and building strategic relationships with suppliers- Working together with the Sales team on key accounts, ensuring high quality products and recommendations based on the clients' requirements

- Interviewing potential hires and onboarding new analysts- Integrating new vendors- Coordinating cross-team projects with the design and development teams- Project management- onboarding vendors and products of key strategic importance- Training new analysts- Leading a team of 7 analysts

- Leading a team of 3 analysts- In charge of onboarding new products- Pricing and shipping updates

- Product analysis- Integrating new products into the Gooten platform- Pricing updates- Shipping updates and consolidation
