Through most of my career I have been working with Project Management. A discipline that given me a lot of great adventures.Across the different companies and organizations, I have met a lot of great and dedicated people. It is always a pleasure to work with knowledgeable specialists to learn something new, and a variety of stakeholders all with interconnecting interest in making a successful project. Often the projects have been involving team members, customers, or suppliers in other parts of the world, which I have found interesting and rewarding. Especially the last couple of years I have been travelling frequently to China and different part of Europe.Where others see a job to get done, I see it as a mission to create value, and I tend to become very involved in getting the project to a successful finish line.For me, the job as Project Manager is the perfect playing field. I am especially motivated when the job requires me to learn something completely new, whether this is within new technologies, new organizations, or ways of working, I love new challenges. I pride in having a strong foundation in the Project Management discipline, yet I am still learning a lot everyday – something that I do my best to share with my colleagues.
